What is Pressure? Where can we find it in everyday life? Is there a pressure that seems hidden? These were just some questions which challenged Valentin and me about this topic. On our research we came across the nuclear catastrophe of Chernobyl (Ukraine) in 1986. In this case the pressure was very destructive. Suddenly countless people, animals and nature were destroyed. Although this catastrophe is more than 30 years ago, this topic is still present today.
As the basis for the audio drama we took the poem "Vereinsamt" (lonely) written 1884 by Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche. This timeless poem describes the loss of homeland of a person who was looking for freedom but now can't find safety in the world. Like the residents of Chernobyl who suffer the loss of their homeland. But this loss goes far beyond these people. This catastrophe took away healthy and usable living environment from every living being on earth for thousands of years.
This hidden nuclear pressure still exists every day world wide.
